Clinic for the Advancing Trombone Player
Johnstonbaughs Music Centers and S.E. Shires are pleased to host a clinic for advancing trombone players on December 2, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Johnstonbaugh's Allison Park location (4842 William Flinn Hwy., Allison Park, PA 15101).
Pre-registration is encouraged, but day-of registration is acceptable.
Below is a schedule for the clinic:
9:30-10:00 AM– Check-in
10:00 AM – Using the F-Trigger with Vicente Hernandez
Vicente holds a Bachelor's Degree in Trombone Performance from Western Michigan University, a Master's Degree in Trombone Performance from Duquesne University, and two Advanced Studies Certificates from Carnegie Mellon University. He will be giving a clinic on using the F-Trigger.
10:45 AM– Break
11:00 AM – Practicing and Establishing a Routine with Shachar Israel, Principle Trombone, Cleveland Orchestra
