Woodwind or Woodwind and Brass Repair Tech: Johnstonbaugh’s Music Centers has a full-time career Woodwind or Woodwind and Brass Repair Technician opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred

COMPENSATION: $63,000

Music Sales Supervisor: Johnstonbaugh's Music Centers has an immediate full-time Retail Sales Supervisor position for an individual with leadership ability and proven sales experience.

The ideal candidate:
- Believes strongly in the value of music education
- Has Leadership ability and proactive self-starter who can work independently
- Is a “people person” who enjoys working with customers and providing top-notch service
- Has a high attention to detail and takes following procedures seriously

Job responsibilities: 
- Supervising retail sales staff and actively
- Selling on the floor and through customer outreach
- Providing customers with up-to-date information on instruments, accessories, and print music
- Coordinating lesson studios and creating a supportive learning environment while growing studio capacity.
- Supervising and facilitating everyday store sales operations, splitting time at two stores weekly to create a collaborative environment that will ensure achievement of all productivity and sales targets.
- Recommend solutions to enhance stores’ profits
- Optimize sales and keep store fronts fresh with regular Merchandising efforts.
- Stock orders
- Track, interpret and communicate sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals.
- Train and guide sales staff to focus on stores’ sales strategies as per company standards and conduct regular sales meetings.
- Ensure stores’ compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits.
- Interview, hire, and train staff per Training and Reference Manual; schedule, evaluate, motivate, and supervise sales staff.
- Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies auditing constantly to ensure improvement and updating Training and Reference Manual as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and sales experience
- Background in wind or orchestral string instruments

Job Type: Full Time - Weekday Shift with occasional Evenings and Saturdays.

Compensation: $58,500.00
