Band Instrument Repair Shop Foreman: Johnstonbaugh’s Music Centers has a full-time Band Instrument Repair Shop Foreman position available.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Demonstrates Strong Leadership Ability Successful
- Experience Supervising staff to achieve quotas while maintaining high quality standards
- Has exceptional time-management and organizational skills; is a proactive self-starter; is very detail oriented; communicates effectively with customers.
- Believes strongly in the value of music education
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Supervise seven full and part-time technicians while actively repairing and mentoring
- Managing schedules
- Maintaining repair shop inventory of parts and supplies
- Recruiting repair staff
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years of experience required
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience
