Merchandise Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within fourteen days of receiving your order.

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. All returns will incur a 10% cleaning/restocking fee per item.

Personalized or custom-made products and disposable products, including cleaning and care products, are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or 724-444-5660 ext 25 with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within five days.

Outgoing and return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
